حتي الان لم يتم الافراج عن الناشط عبد الرحمن طارق موكا منذ ٤٥ يوما من اخلاء سبيلة للمرة الثانية منذ تدويرة في قضية ثانية ومازال في الحبس وتم ارسال عدة تلغرفات للنائب العام 

نرجوا من السلطات المصرية الافراج عنه وتنفيذ القانون فقط  

يذكر ان 

Abdelrahman Tarek aka Moka is a politician and a member of the 6 April Group. He was once sentenced to be prisoned in case number 12058 in 2013 which is known in media as Shoura Case. After doing his sentence , he gets another following sentence which is being monitored bt the police for another 3 years which makes him stay at the police station everyday for 12 hours from 6 PM to 6 AM
2-In July 2019 , Abdelrahman posted on facebook that he was sexually and verbally assaulted by one of the police men under surveillance and was threatened that they would fabricate charges against him if he shared this assault.
And on 9 September during his monitoring in the Qasr el Neil police station , he was arrested and faced as an accused in front of the State security prosecution on the next day
3-The State Security Prosecution accused him of joining terrorist group and spreading fake news and decided to put him in prison for 15 days pending investigation and that period would be renewed in its time till today
4-On April 30, 2020, the Cairo Public Prosecution Office ordered that human rights defender Abd al-Rahman Tariq be held in pretrial detention for 15 days, pending investigations on charges of "joining an illegal group", "defamation", and "misuse of social media". Tariq remained in detention despite the Cairo criminal court's order to release him on March 10.
5-About Abdelrahman Tarek
Abdelrahman Tarek is a human rights defender, working with Al-Nedal Centre for Rights and Freedoms. His work includes defending the right to free speech and free expression in Egypt, and the rights of prisoners, especially in cases of forced disappearances.
6_4-Since his release , he is held but not according to law until 30 April as he was shown in the state security prosecution and was investigated in case number 558 in 2020 and was prisoned.
In the last 5 years , Moka didn't spend any time at home except few months as if it is a closed circle

عبد الرحمن طارق الموكا هو سياسي وعضو في مجموعة 6 أبريل. حُكم عليه ذات مرة بالسجن في القضية رقم 12058 في عام 2013 والمعروفة في وسائل الإعلام باسم قضية الشورى. بعد قضاء عقوبته ، حصل على جملة أخرى تراقب الشرطة لمدة 3 سنوات أخرى مما يجعله يقيم في مركز الشرطة كل يوم لمدة 12 ساعة من 6 مساءً إلى 6 صباحًا 2-في يوليو 2019 نشر عبد الرحمن على فيسبوك أنه تعرض لاعتداء جنسي ولفظي من قبل أحد رجال الشرطة تحت المراقبة وهدد بتلفيق التهم ضده إذا شارك هذا الاعتداء. وفي 9 سبتمبر / أيلول أثناء مراقبته في مركز شرطة قصر النيل ، ألقي القبض عليه وواجه كمتهم أمام نيابة أمن الدولة في اليوم التالي 3-اتهمته نيابة أمن الدولة بالانضمام إلى جماعة إرهابية ونشر أخبار مزيفة وقررت وضعه في السجن لمدة 15 يوماً بانتظار التحقيق ، وستجدد تلك الفترة في وقتها حتى اليوم. 4-في 30 أبريل 2020 ، أمرت النيابة العامة بالقاهرة باحتجاز المدافع عن حقوق الإنسان عبد الرحمن طارق قبل المحاكمة لمدة 15 يومًا ، بانتظار التحقيقات بتهمة "الانضمام إلى جماعة غير مشروعة" و "التشهير" و " إساءة استخدام وسائل الإعلام الاجتماعية ". وظل طارق رهن الاعتقال رغم أمر محكمة جنايات القاهرة بالإفراج عنه في 10 مارس / آذار. 5- عن عبد الرحمن طارق عبد الرحمن طارق مدافع عن حقوق الإنسان ، يعمل مع مركز النضال للحقوق والحريات. تشمل أعماله الدفاع عن الحق في حرية التعبير وحرية التعبير في مصر ، وحقوق السجناء ، وخاصة في حالات الاختفاء القسري.
6-منذ إطلاق سراحه ، ظل محتجزاً ولكن ليس بموجب القانون حتى 30 أبريل / نيسان كما تم عرضه في نيابة أمن الدولة وتم التحقيق معه في القضية رقم 558 في عام 2020 وسجن. في السنوات الخمس الماضية ، لم تقضي موكا أي وقت في المنزل باستثناء أشهر قليلة كما لو كانت دائرة مغلقة
